Applications are open for The Series Engine with TFR 2026, a hands-on workshop designed for aspiring and emerging TV writers looking to sharpen their storytelling skills.

The programme is led by TigerFireRose, CEO and Creative Lead at TigerFireRose Media, known for creating compelling stories across platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Showmax, and Africa Magic.

This workshop is ideal for writers who:

• Have a story they want to tell

• Are looking to break into TV writing

• Are struggling to fully develop a story idea

Participants will learn the art of drama and chaos, as well as gain insider knowledge on how professional writers’ rooms operate.

TigerFireRose has created and produced notable titles, including To Freedom, Postcards (a Netflix Original), Uriri, Our Husband, and Close of Business, among others.
