The Scriptwriting Clinic is a mentorship and workshop programme for emerging and mid-career storytellers across Film, TV, Theatre, and Digital storytelling. Hosted by Co-Creation Hub Africa (CcHUB), the clinic focuses on helping writers create characters and narratives that challenge stereotypes while reflecting equity, depth, and authenticity.
This round of the clinic offers participants:
Personalised mentorship (virtual + in-person)
Practical tools for dialogue, scene, and character development
Peer learning and collaborative workshops
Pitch practice with industry stakeholders
Networking opportunities with mentors and fellow storytellers
Applications are open throughout September and reviewed on a rolling basis.
