The Other Side interactive stage play is showing in Lagos this June.

Billed as a hilarious, chaotic, and deeply relatable theatre experience, the production is based on the work of acclaimed playwright Wole Oguntokun and explores an unexpected twist on the global migration story.

In a world grappling with recession and economic uncertainty, the story follows a young British man who makes a surprising decision—he relocates to Lagos in search of a better life. After successfully navigating immigration hurdles, he soon discovers that survival in his new environment comes with an entirely different challenge: adapting to “The People.”

Written by Wole Oguntokun and directed by Austine Onuoha, the production features a talented cast including Justin Ben, Toyin Buraimoh, Okeke Stanley, Olawale Olusegun Lampejo, Debby Whyte, and Roddie Law.
