The Mysterious Death of Funke Lawson is an immersive stage play showing in Lagos this September.
Synopsis: Funke Lawson is dead. Two gunshots straight to the heart, and her four closest friends know far more than they are letting on. When the inner circle gathers for a quiet memorial after her burial, the grief is cut short when Funke’s mother barges in, armed with a loaded gun and an absolute demand for the truth. She isn't here to mourn; she’s here for revenge, and she won't leave until she unmasks the killer responsible for her daughter’s death.
In this immersive experience, you become the judge. The audience will examine clues, cross-examine the suspects, weigh their stories, and vote on who they believe is responsible for Funke’s death.
The play is directed by Omotoke Solarin-Sodara, and it stars Kanyinsola Erogbogbo, Damilola Azeezat, Jude Peter, Don David Nwaokocha, and Janet Koosi Ajanma.
