Tarahh Studios, the creative force behind Only Fools Love—a favourite in Ibadan’s theatre scene—returns with “god IS NOW DEAD,” a bold and thought-provoking stage play scheduled for Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026.

Set to unfold at the iconic Wole Soyinka Theatre, University of Ibadan, the production is tagged “a story that unfolds backwards in time,” promising a gripping theatrical experience that challenges perception and emotion. The play is directed by Dayo George and Ebenezer Ajijola, with Fashina Tamilore serving as stage manager.

Designed as a Valentine’s Day theatre event in Ibadan, the show runs twice in one day, offering audiences a chance to experience love, loss, and reflection through an unconventional narrative style.
